There is no previous preparation necessary for Pyrolosis. Our system for the Pyrolosis of tires and other rubber-based materials are characterized in particular by its profitability. Each batch reactor can make 10,000kg by 18 hours process.

 The tire Pyrolosis system recovered approximately following products after finished the process:

Heavy crude oil: 45%
Carbon black: 37%
Steel wire: 13%
Gas: 5%

The oil extraction rate depends on the characteristic of rubber products such as:

Tire (oil extraction): 45%
Plastic and products based plastic (oil extraction): 65%
Rubber and products based rubber (oil extraction): 50%

This can be used for generating electrical energy, heat, steam or hydrogen.

Waste gas:
During process waste gas will be managed through two safe devices: Water seal and burning air nozzle to make sure the gas to be reused as fuel. That not only eliminates danger, but also save energy.

Waste solid:
Main solids are carbon black and steel wire. Carbon black will be automatically sent out from tap hole to carbon black recovery hopper for bagging to send out Brick field as fuel.

We used Carbon black to produce Charcoal which is most lucrative for tea stall, house and export market.

Steel wire and wire mesh are widely used entire rerolling mills to produce iron rod and Iron materials.

Production Description

  • The raw materials are put into the reactor by hydraulic push system and seal the door of Reactor.

     

    The reactor will rotate 10 hours continuously. When the reactor inside conditions reaches the appropriate temperature then oil gas will begin to generate through oil gas separator and other processing system.

    The Catalyst, oil -gas separator and other component are directly connected with condensers; where heavy component will be liquefied and then automatically discharged into heavy oil tank.
